Abdul Hussein wins his UFC debut by submission
The winner of the Ice Cage 6 title fight opened his UFC career with a win in Abu Dhabi.
Abdul “Abba” Hussein, who won the Ice Cage 6 main event and title fight, made his UFC debut on 25 July 2026 in Abu Dhabi.
He beat Cody Gibson in the third round at 3:07 with an arm-triangle choke.
Hussein faced Tyson Nam at Ice Cage 6 in December 2025 and knocked him out in the first round. At Ice Cage 7 he crossed into boxing and beat Aapo Rovanperä by majority decision.
